Maverick Professional Chefs Digital Thermometer
The Redi-Chek Professional Chef's Digital Thermometer measures meat temperatures quickly and accurately-taking the guesswork out of meat "doneness". To use, remove the thermometer from the protective sleeve and insert the tip into the thickest part of the meat without touching bone or heavy fat to at least a one-inch depth. Temperature readout is displayed in 5 seconds. Measures temperature range from -50F to +392F (-45C to +200C). Temperatures beyond the range are displayed as "---".
